Rob trained me for sports (basketball) and longevity. He paid close attention to detail, writing a program that was either adjusted or increased based on my needs. My mobility and strength increased a lot. On the day of my first split squat, I had terrible range of motion, and the thought of a Nordic squat was a pipe dream. As the weeks went by and my training continued... I could do split squats easily and I could do 5 nordics, among other huge strength gains in my RDLs, bar back squats, and bulgarian split squats. On my own, I would have never achieved these results. Rob was also very mindful of a shoulder injury that I had and made sure you build programs to subtly and steadily build strength in that shoulder until it was pain free. This injury was a daily annoyance for months before that. All this to say, I couldn’t recommend Form Fitness enough. Both Rob and Iggy are the ultimate professionals, and beyond that, they’re just great human beings who clearly love what they do.

Form Fitness has genuinely changed my life. Around 9 months ago I was in a mental rut and had gotten massively out of shape, so I begun training with Iggy. He got me comfortable with the fundamentals of resistance training, and also made sure I was confident enough to then carry out the exercises in my commercial gym... As months went by I saw more and more progress, continuing to lose weight and building strength. I have even had the opportunity to train with Rob who gave me some great advice with regards to strength training. In the time I have been training with form fitness I have managed to lose 15kg, and have gone from squatting 30kg to recently setting a PB of 100kg. Both coach Iggy and Rob are extremely knowledgable, taking care to explain key training concepts, and the studio itself is a welcoming, well equipped space in a great location. Can’t recommend Form Fitness enough!

After about 10 years of not going to the gym anymore, I had the goal to return to it latest when reaching 40. This day came and Fitness Personal Training (FPT) came into my feeds. It’s already 6 months since starting working out twice a week with Robert, and the positive results are manifesting in various ways: - Stronger muscle resistance - Better endurance - Complete removal of daily chronic shoulder pain - Less back aches - Feeling much better in my clothing Beyond everything, Robert has managed to get my motivation for gym back on track. Furthermore, the private studio context, his attention to details, and the care provided make a huge difference than any other PT and gym ever experienced before. It is a no-brainer to go for FPT whether you have the objective of returning to fitness, or you are looking for a tailored and private experience/environment.
