DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
All clients will be given nutritional advice depending on their needs and at no extra cost. We do not provide meal plans but believe there are simple principles clients can apply in order to meet their fitness goals.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING?
Rob - I love helping people achieve their ambitions, and I love working with people. The great appeal of personal training is that you're dealing with real people every day, constantly moving, and discovering new ways of training. In that sense, its a job that engages both your empathy and creativity.
HOW DO YOU HELP CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS?
We help clients achieve their goals by getting to the root of what they want out of exercise, and then we work closely with the client to develop a programme that will get them the short term benefits they need whilst laying the foundations of strength, mobility and stability to achieve their medium to long term goals. We also like to check in with clients often to see if their goals have changed or whether they would like to make adjustments to their programme.
DO YOU OFFER OUTDOOR OR AT HOME TRAINING?
We offer outdoor and at home training depending on clients needs and wants.
